The SEO Intern role will deliver best practice Search Engine Optimization (SEO) to web based local businesses.

Responsibilities

1- Conduct keyword research, competitive analysis, content optimization, meta-tag creation, link development and other SEO related activities

2- Monitor and report on metrics such as page ranking, site traffic trends, effectiveness of site optimization etc

3- Update website content and meta data via ReachLocal’s proprietary CMS

4- Keep up to date on the latest SEO best practices, strategies and technologies

Skills

1- Understanding of SEO best practices: Technical SEO, On-Page SEO, Content SEO, Off-Page SEO

2- Experience with various tools including Google Analytics, AdWords, and Search Console preferred

3- Strong analytical skills with the ability to solve complex problems

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field. Fresh graduates will be preferred Proficient in SEO related tools Portfolio of work.
